In 1994, Pa Ning Wong established the Paning Centennial Foundation. The foundation’s first education donations were shipments of books to rural primary schools in China. Since then, the foundation has set-up scholarship programs in 10 Universities across China, donated books and other supplies to over 1,000 primary and secondary schools, and cooperated with schools to build libraries and special needs classrooms.

In addition to education donations, the foundation aspires to promote Chinese culture through the donation of works of art from Chinese artists to museums around the world.
