Printmaking originated in China with a history of more than 2,000 years and is one of the best artistic carriers of Chinese culture. As the second largest collector of prints in the world, Mr. Pa Ning Wong has been dedicated to contributing to the cultural exchange between China and foreign countries. Since 2006, the Pa Ning Foundation has published three volumes of “Love My China – Collection of Contemporary Chinese Prints”.
As an important part of the foundation’s art dissemination, so far we have donated a large number of related artworks and album collections to more than 200 well-known cultural and art institutions and universities around the world. These include: Harvard University, Oxford University, University of Coimbra (Portugal), University of Tokyo, and Guggenheim Museum.
Its gratifying that our printmaking donation project has been well received and supported by all walks of life around the world, We hope that more people will become interested in Chinese culture and Chinese printmaking art, so that the world can know more about Chinese Art.
